Facilitator’s Bio:

As an Emotional Health and Well-being Coach, I believe true well-being comes from aligning mind, body, and spirit in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
I work with individuals to cultivate a balanced, well-rounded approach to life—nurturing mental, emotional, physical, and sometimes spiritual well-being. Rather than isolating one area, we integrate all aspects, ensuring that growth in one supports growth in all. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore, experiment, and align with your values and authentic self—so you can thrive and contribute fully to the world as the person you were created to be.
I draw from a range of disciplines—health and wellness, personal development, mindfulness, and neuroscience—to provide tools and strategies that support lasting, meaningful change. Each journey is unique, but the goal remains the same: to support people as they define their own version of ‘better’—one that aligns with their values, honors their whole self, and feels both meaningful and sustainable.
If I could take a long, thoughtful walk with anyone past or present, Ralph Waldo Emerson would be high on my list. His words on success resonate deeply with me:
“To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded.”
That is the heart of my work—helping others breathe easier, live fuller, and step into their most aligned, vibrant selves.
